Summary

This is for this course provided by the British Academy for Training and Development to enable participants to make an impact as leaders of their teams and for their organizational performance. The first day will focus on the self-empowerment of the individual and the confidence needed to drive. On the second day, the leadership perspective will be expanded towards practical leadership decisions and leadership tools. Then, on the third day, issues of practical leadership in the work environment will be addressed through simulation and teamwork. Post-session participants will also receive an individual training session to develop their personal leadership plan
